Place meat on cabbage

Seasoning packet is included in corned beef package with cooking instructions. I think u just add water and cook according to package.

Make 3lb meat or more. It’ll keep.

Boil small potatoes in separate pot. 

Buy soda bread.

Ingredients

cup Oats
1 tsp Chia seeds
½ Banana
100 ml Milk
100 g Vanilla yogurt
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Cinnamon

Directions

Mix oats, chia seeds, milk, banana, cinnamon, and maple syrup until combined.

Microwave for one minute and thirty seconds.

Spread yogurt over oat layer.

Top with extra banana and cinnamon.

Refrigerate overnight.

Freezable Chicken Burritos

Ingredients

1.50 tbsp Chicken breast, diced or shredded
1 cup Cottage cheese 0% fat
½ cup Fat free milk
½ cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
½ cup White onion, diced
½ cup Bell pepper, diced
2 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Tomato paste
4 Low calorie tortillas
Optional seasonings
Garlic powder
Black pepper
Chives

Directions

Season and cook chicken for about ~30 min at 350.

Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, tomato paste, fat free milk, black pepper, and garlic powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.

Sautee diced bell peppers and onions in pan until onions turn golden brown and peppers become softer.

Add diced chicken, mozzarella cheese, cooked bell peppers & onions, chopped chives, sand blended sauce until well mixed.

Add 1/4 of filling to a tortilla, roll it up, and toast on both sides in pan, until golden brown, to seal it.

Wrap individually and freeze for up to 1 month.

Pot Roast

5 lbs Brisket
1 jar Apricot Preserves
1 can Cranberry Sauce
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Tomato Juice
Marjoram
Black Pepper
Sage
Basil
4 Bay Leaves

Directions

Season meat

Brown in large pot (on both sides!)

Add apricot, cranberry, tomato juice and tomato sauce to pot

Add water if meat not covered

Cook on medium flame at least 1 and 1/2 hours (2 hours for more well done)

Add little red potatoes, carrots, and water if necessary

Cook 1-1.5 hours

Olive Oil

Red Potatoes

Directions

Slash lamb, stick whole garlic cloves into lamb. Rub with olive oil and pat with seasoning all over. Toss potatoes in olive oil with seasoning.

Preheat oven to 425. (12 min per lb for rare, 20 min per lb for medium)

20-40 min cook at 425, then lower to 350
OR
15 min at 450, then 375 at 20 min per lb.

Cover for 10 min after removing from oven

Ingredients

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 Small Onion, chopped
2 Cloves of Garlic
4 Carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
1 64oz Can Low-Salt Chicken Broth
1 28oz Can Italian Plum Tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 10oz package Frozen Broccoli Florets
1 10oz package Frozen Green Beens
1 10oz package Frozen Whole Spinach
1 19oz Can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup Uncooked Macaroni, any size
½ cup grated Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Directions

In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes

Add sliced carrots. Cover saucepan, and cook for 10 minutes

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, broccoli, and green beans. Simmer gently for 30 minutes

Add spinach, cannellini beans, and macaroni. Cook for 15-20 minutes. If soup gets too thick, add 1-2 cups water.

Serve with parmesan, if desired

Ingredients

1 ½ packages Active Dry Yeast
1 ⅛ cups Sugar
½ cup Vegetable Oil
5 Large Eggs
1 tbsp Salt
7 ⅛ cups Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 150

Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1 and 3/4 cup lukewarm water. Let bubble (~5 min)

Whisk oil into yeast and beat in 4 eggs, one at a time with remaining salt and sugar

Gradually mix in flour

Use dough hook or knead on floured surface until smooth. Clean and grease bowl, and return dough to bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, let rise for 1 hour in warm oven (150 degrees, turn oven off when rising dough is in oven)

Punch down dough. Cover and let rise again for 1/2 hour in warm place

Split dough into 2 loaves. Braid each half into 6 strands and tuck ends under

Beat remaining egg and brush onto loaves

(optional) Sprinkle on poppy seed or other topping as desired

Let rise in fridge for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375

Brush loaves with egg wash again. Bake 35-40 minutes or until it looks like challah

Apple Filling
3 tbsp Ghee
5 Apples, peeled, cored, and diced
¼ cup packed Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
4 tsp Cornstarch
Topping
½ cup All-Purpose Flour (or substitute Gluten Free)
½ cup packed Brown Sugar
1 pinch Ground Cinnamon
¼ cup Ghee, melted

Directions

Apple Filling

Preheat oven to 375

Heat ghee in large skillet over medium heat

Cook apples, brown sugar, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg for 10-12 minutes, or until apples are tender

Sprinkle with cornstarch and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until thickened

Let cool

Topping

Stir together flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon

Toss with ghee until well combined

Crust

Spoon filling into crust and smooth top. Sprinkle evenly with topping

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and filling is hot and bubbling

Let cool

Beef round cubes
3 Beef bullion cubes
2 cups Water
¾ cup Ketchup or tomato sauce
¼ cup Red wine
2 Bay leaves
Egg noodles
Carrots
Pepper
Parsley

Directions

Brown meat (cubes) in drop of olive oil

Make 3 beef bullion cubes in 2 cups of water

Pour over meat, add a little ketchup or tomato sauce

Cook 1 hour at least until meat soft, low heat, pot lid ajar

Add pepper, parsley, basil, red wine, bay leaves

Make egg noodles

Add meat, noodles, peas and carrots

Ingredients

1 cup 1 to 1 Gluten Free Flour
3 tbsp Melted butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
¾ cup Milk
½ cup Water

Directions

Mix all ingredients in bowl until smooth

Preheat nonstick pan on medium heat

Ladle a little in pan, very thin layer

Flip when getting firm, about 30-45 sec

Remove and repeat with rest of batter

Optionally top with fruit, syrup, and powdered sugar

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

4 Bananas (give or take)
2 cups 1:1 Gluten Free Flour or regular flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
½ cup Melted salted butter
2 Eggs
½ tsp Vanilla extract
2.30 tbsp Milk of choice
1 cup Chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mash bananas (I like a potato masher)

Add egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.

Pour the dry ingredients slowly into the wet ingredients and mix. If too dry, add a baby amount of milk at a time.

Add chocolate chips and combine.

Bake in bread pan for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick/knife comes out clean.

1 ½ cups Mashed bananas (2-3)

¼ cup Water
1 ½ cups Banana nut crunch cereal
1 cup Walnuts, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Beat eggs and add to dry mixture

Add banana, oil, and water. Mix well

Slowly add flour to mixture

Add in cereal and nuts

Place in 9×5 loaf pan. Bake 55 min to 1 hour

1 pinch Salt

Cinnamon sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 325

Mix sugar, oil, eggs, salt, and vanilla. Ad chocolate chips

Add flour and baking powder. Mix well

Divide into 2-3 loaves

Place on greased cookie sheet

Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar

Bake for about 30 min, or until lightly golden brown.

Let cool and slice

Philly 3-Step Double Chocolate Layer Cheesecake

Ingredients

16 oz Cream cheese, softened
½ cup Sugar
½ tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs
3 sticks Semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 Crumb crust

Directions

Preheat oven to 350

Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla on medium speed until blended.

Add eggs. Mix until blended

Star melted chocolate into 1 cup of the batter

Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with plain batter

Bake for 40 minutes or until center is almost set

Let cool. Refrigerate 3 hours to overnight

Ingredients

64 oz Chicken broth
1 Roasted chicken
2 Cans of cannellini beans
1 Jar salsa verde
Cumin
Corn Niblets
Red pepper

Directions

Pour two 32-oz cartons of chicken broth into a pot

Take the meat off of the roasted chicken. Dump it into the pot

Add two cans of cannellini beans, a big jar of salsa verde, and some cumin. Let sit on stove for 1 hour

Add in corn niblets and red pepper

Optional: add some grated cheese on top

Chicken Butternut Tagine

Ingredients

Boneless chicken, cut into chunks
8 oz Cubed butternut squash
2 cups Onion, chopped
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Tumeric
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ginger
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups Chicken broth
6 oz Apricot, cut up
6 oz Prunes, cut up

Directions

Saute onion

Add cumin and spices through garlic on ingredients list

Add chicken. Brown it

Add borth, squash, plums, and apricot. Bring to boil

Cover and simmer until ready to serve

Optional: add cauliflower and/or potatoes. Serve over rice

1 cup Onion, chopped
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
cup Parsely, chopped
1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp Tomato paste
8 oz Clam juice
½ cup White whine
1.50 lbs Fish fillets (cod, sole, snapper), cut into 2in pieces
Oregano
Tobasco
Thyme
Black pepper

Directions

Saute chopped onion and garlic

Add parsley, tomato, and tomato paste. Cook about 10 minutes

Add clam juice, wine, and and fish. Simmer until cooked, about 10 minutes

Simmer 45 min
