Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Blab brab!

Ingredients:

4 Bananas (give or take)
2 cups 1:1 Gluten Free Flour or regular flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
½ cup Melted salted butter
2 Eggs
½ tsp Vanilla extract
2.30 tbsp Milk of choice
1 cup Chocolate chips

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350

Mash bananas (I like a potato masher)

Add egg, vanilla, and melted butter. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, add flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Whisk to combine.

Pour the dry ingredients slowly into the wet ingredients and mix. If too dry, add a baby amount of milk at a time.

Add chocolate chips and combine.

Bake in bread pan for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick/knife comes out clean.
