Pot Roast

Brisket

Ingredients:

5 lbs Brisket
1 jar Apricot Preserves
1 can Cranberry Sauce
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Tomato Juice
Marjoram
Black Pepper
Sage
Basil
4 Bay Leaves

Steps:

Season meat

Brown in large pot (on both sides!)

Add apricot, cranberry, tomato juice and tomato sauce to pot

Add water if meat not covered

Cook on medium flame at least 1 and 1/2 hours (2 hours for more well done)

Add little red potatoes, carrots, and water if necessary

Cook 1-1.5 hours
