Ingredients:

64 oz Chicken broth
1 Roasted chicken
2 Cans of cannellini beans
1 Jar salsa verde
Cumin
Corn Niblets
Red pepper

Steps:

Pour two 32-oz cartons of chicken broth into a pot

Take the meat off of the roasted chicken. Dump it into the pot

Add two cans of cannellini beans, a big jar of salsa verde, and some cumin. Let sit on stove for 1 hour

Add in corn niblets and red pepper

Optional: add some grated cheese on top
