Ingredients:

cup Oats
1 tsp Chia seeds
½ Banana
100 ml Milk
100 g Vanilla yogurt
1 tsp Maple Syrup
Cinnamon

Steps:

Mix oats, chia seeds, milk, banana, cinnamon, and maple syrup until combined.

Microwave for one minute and thirty seconds.

Spread yogurt over oat layer.

Top with extra banana and cinnamon.

Refrigerate overnight.
