Ingredients:
Boneless chicken, cut into chunks
8 oz Cubed butternut squash
2 cups Onion, chopped
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Tumeric
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Ginger
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
2 cups Chicken broth
6 oz Apricot, cut up
6 oz Prunes, cut up

Saute onion

Add cumin and spices through garlic on ingredients list

Add chicken. Brown it

Add borth, squash, plums, and apricot. Bring to boil

Cover and simmer until ready to serve

Optional: add cauliflower and/or potatoes. Serve over rice
