Pork Roast

 4 lbs Pork
 2 Onions, sliced thin
 4 Cloves of garlic
 1 cup Chicken broth
 1 tbsp Chilli powder
 1 tbsp Salt
 ½ tsp Ground cumin
 ¼ tsp Cinnimon
 2 cups BBQ Sauce (optional)

Place onion and garlic on bottom of slow cooker

Add broth

Mix seasoning and rub on pork

Cook 6-8 hours on high OR 8-10 hours on low

Remove pork and pour cumin mixture

Put solids back in slow cooker

Add BBQ sauce
