
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and garlic. Sautee for 5 minutes
Add sliced carrots. Cover saucepan, and cook for 10 minutes
Add chicken broth, tomatoes, broccoli, and green beans. Simmer gently for 30 minutes
Add spinach, cannellini beans, and macaroni. Cook for 15-20 minutes. If soup gets too thick, add 1-2 cups water.
Serve with parmesan, if desired
