
Season and cook chicken for about ~30 min at 350.
Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic cloves, tomato paste, fat free milk, black pepper, and garlic powder to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Sautee diced bell peppers and onions in pan until onions turn golden brown and peppers become softer.
Add diced chicken, mozzarella cheese, cooked bell peppers & onions, chopped chives, sand blended sauce until well mixed.
Add 1/4 of filling to a tortilla, roll it up, and toast on both sides in pan, until golden brown, to seal it.
Wrap individually and freeze for up to 1 month.
