Fish Stew

 6 tbsp Olive oil
 1 cup Onion, chopped
 2 Cloves garlic, chopped
  cup Parsely, chopped
 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
 2 tsp Tomato paste
 8 oz Clam juice
 ½ cup White whine
 1.50 lbs Fish fillets (cod, sole, snapper), cut into 2in pieces
 Oregano
 Tobasco
 Thyme
 Black pepper

Saute chopped onion and garlic

Add parsley, tomato, and tomato paste. Cook about 10 minutes

Add clam juice, wine, and and fish. Simmer until cooked, about 10 minutes
