 3 lbs Cubed squash
 2 tbsp Butter
 1 Chopped onion
 5 cups Chicken stock
 1 Chopped green apple
 Nutmeg
 Salt/Pepper
 Cinnamon

Melt butter in pot

Saute onion

Add stock and squash

Cook 15-20 min until squash is tender

Put into blender to puree
