 3 Beef bullion cubes
 2 cups Water
 ¾ cup Ketchup or tomato sauce
 ¼ cup Red wine
 2 Bay leaves
 Egg noodles
 Carrots
 Pepper

Brown meat (cubes) in drop of olive oil

Make 3 beef bullion cubes in 2 cups of water

Pour over meat, add a little ketchup or tomato sauce

Cook 1 hour at least until meat soft, low heat, pot lid ajar

Add pepper, parsley, basil, red wine, bay leaves

Make egg noodles

Add meat, noodles, peas and carrots
